This arises Pet Adorption Center is a veterinary simulation(another Toy's R Us exclusive) that lacks uniqueness abd intrigue.There is really very little to set it apart from the competition and it seems like another in the long line of pet games that has flooded the DS market recently.It has the usual fare of animals rabbits, cats and dogs and is basicly a game about working.
Your work includes feeding the animals,giving them water,brushing their fur,petting them and cleaning their cage.The simulations of Pet Adoption Center is all about what it will feel like to work in a real pet adoption center.The game is all about completing mindless repititive task over and over again.Each day you play your role as a young woman newly recruited to help with the work around the ceenter.You start the days work with showing up in the morning and getting the days order which you have to carry out obediently.There is a wise old vet standing around in his lab coat assigning you more task after you complete the first set of task you are given.
The game play introduced is very little,all you have to do is just walk around the complextapping variuos icons with a stylus or pressing A button at different points.With the completion of more days work,you earn more animals.Pet Adoption Center (DS) is not really interactive,its just about rubbing the stylus accross the creature's back to pet it.Pet Adopion center has no tacked on mini games.
The game is easy to get into and it can be very educational.The bookshelf of the virtual adoption center is stocked with lots of facts about the various animals and different illness that can potentially affect them.The young players who pick up this game will not be fraustrated because of the simple repititive task.So you can go ahead and get the Pet Adoption Center for your kids if they dont mind the simplicity of the game and also get Soul Bubble while you are at it.
